Kevin has a deep passion for active living, his family, and business. Living life to its fullest by creating positive experiences and interacting with other positive minded, ethical individuals who focus on abundance and execution.
Kevin began his professional career as a procurement specialist and finished this phase of his career as the Global Sourcing Manager where he oversaw $340M worth of contractual spend and several teams of employees. As large proponent of continued personal growth, Kevin began buying real estate for wholesale, rental, and reno-flips. He decided to shift his focus in 2009 entirely to the private investment sector by accepting a position with a Private Equity firm, where he raised several million dollars for private real estate opportunities in North America.
Upon the 2010 implementation of securities regulation in the private equity sector, Kevin saw an opportunity and opened his own private equity wholesaling business that introduced private equity deals to securities license Exempt Market Dealers and their dealing representatives, for distribution to their various investor clients. Total to date, Kevin has been involved in generating over $120M of equity/debt for private businesses across Canada, predominantly in the sectors of senior living, oil & gas, technology, financial products and services, leasing, and both residential and commercial real estate.
Kevin’s other experience includes being a director of a commercial private real estate fund and, more recently, making the transition to a licensed Dealing Representative/Private Market Specialist where he can passionately focus his time building sales teams, all to introduce private investments to retail and accredited investors in Canadian to help further protect and grow their wealth and assets.
Kevin holds his Certificate in Management (CIM) Designation, which he attained in 2000 from the University of Manitoba. He also completed his Financial Exempt Market Products (EMP) course in 2010 and has since completed the course again in 2020.
